Ken who is a value-driven registered Architect with 17 years experience has made a concerted effort to build his expertise across 3 disciplines of design & construction - architectural design, design thinking and construction management.
In an industry where most architectural practitioners are traditionally silo-ed - Ken has the proven ability & flexibility to manage multiple concurrent projects through entire project cycles across a diverse portfolio of real estate development types, while ensuring cost & delivery optimisation through meaningful user-centric internal and external stakeholder engagement end to end.
Outside of work, Ken is an unashamed hipster father to 3 kids under 10 and gets to occasionally muck around on a skateboard in the wee mornings of sunday morning before he has to run off to church or get groceries.
